Please remember to bring your completed forms with you for your first appointment. Your First Visit

When you arrive at our Acton or Newton Centre, MA office for your first appointment, you will be greeted by our friendly front office team and be given some introductory paperwork to complete. Dr. Grossman's assistant will then sit down with you and review your medical history, as well as explain what your exam will include. Feel free to ask questions at any time during this process.

Once you have settled into the treatment area, Dr. Grossman will perform a comprehensive periodontal evaluation, take necessary digital X-rays, and outline his recommended treatment plan for your situation. Depending on the plan you agree to follow, your treatment plan may be completed in one visit or several.

Payment & Financing

For your convenience, you can pay for your treatment via cash, check, or credit card (Visa or MasterCard). We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.

We will send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.

We can also make arrangements for a monthly payment plan via CareCredit, but this must be done prior to the actual procedure. If you have any questions about what your insurance will cover or our policies, please call our office to speak with one of our team members. Many times, a simple telephone call will clear any misunderstandings.
